Italy tries to streamline bureaucracy
ROME: Italy, known for its unwieldy bureaucracy, is announcing ambitious plans to digitize government, school and law enforcement services over the next three years.
Premier Silvio Berlusconi unveiled the "E-Government 2012" measures Wednesday.
